Makes 1-3/4 cups. Whisk sauce mix and 1-3/4 cups milk in a small saucepan. Add 1 tbsp. Margarine or butter and bring to a boil, stirring consistently. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 2 minutes. For a lower fat sauce, feel free to use not-fat milk or omit the margarine.
